If for whatever reason you do not like the product you have received, please contact our support team to begin processing a return & refund.
FAQ
1. What items are eligible for return?
Unworn clothing with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Exchanges are currently not accepted.
2. What is the return window?
- Initiate a return within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking).
- Ship the items back within 7 days of the return request.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
Contact us to begin processing the return & refund and if the criteria's met we will email you a return shipping label.
4. How long does processing take?
Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing. You'll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that we incorrectly sent, for example, incorrect size (Small when Large was ordered), incorrect color (Red when Black was ordered), or if the product is completely different.
